I rant a little bit about the anarchy that's going on in New Orleans and some about Big Brother 6.

Check out this guy's LiveJournal blog. He's a sysadmin the crisis manager for DirectNIC, and he's been holed up in their offices on the 10th floor of an office building in New Orleans since before the Katrina hit. It's really interesting to hear a first hand account of what's happening on the front lines.
